I have been in the fitness industry for five years. My goal is to help people change their lifestyle through fitness in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I understand that fitness and an active lifestyle comes in different forms and it’s my obligation to find the correct form for each one of my clients. I take a functional strength approach to training. Being mindful of movement patterns while doing strength based exerises in a safe and effective manner.
My favorite things outside of fitness training: Reading about history and watching DC and Marvel movies.

 I had a history of pain issues and flexibility problems since my knee replacement in 2017. I was also diagnosed with spinal stenosis in 2022, and spent six months in physical therapy. With limited relief I decided to look for a personal trainer and have been working with Antonio Beasley since June 2023.
I found Antonio at EAC , shortly after we began training together. I feel like Antonio is an excellent listener and has shown me he is indeed a great professional personal trainer. For instance, he can observe me walking into the gym and determine what I need help with on that particular day. He then will adjusts his plans for me to meet those needs. Antonio explains the exercise to me and makes sure I do them correctly. He also pushes me to do more each session. I strongly recommend Antonio as an excellent personal trainer.

Antonio has been my trainer for the past two years, we train three times a week.
When we started, Antonio asked questions about my goals and what I wanted to achieve. He quickly formulated a plan for my goals; I am very pleased with the results. I have lost weight, toned-up and am happy with the outcome of our work together. I’ve achieved physical goals that I have never achieved before.
Antonio is knowledgeable about fitness topics outside of weight lifting. I once had a minor injury from running outside of the gym and described the feeling to Antonio. He quickly determined the nature of the injury and suggested certain stretches that would help going forward. I must admit the stretches immediately made a huge difference and the injury (which specifically tends to bother runners) has not been a factor since.Â
Antonio, who is wise beyond his years, gets along with everyone and has the respect of both gym members and staff. He is very good at his craft. I can confidently say that if you are willing to put in the work (this includes dietary intake which Antonio can also help with), you WILL get results and be very pleased.
